we are using UML modelling in most of our customer projects – in many different flavours. We were most happy when finally The Open Group defined Archimate as a standard.  Of course the standard needs to cover all requirements – also the most detailed and complex ones. We have cristalized the most important elements in a pragmatic subset that covers >90% of our customer’s needs. And we have created a 2-3 days UML training format that can be adapted to your teams› needs. The training examples are built with Sparx Enterprise Architect, but can also be imported into your company’s specific UML tool. t2b and Devoteam announced today that t2b is taking over the Architecture & Integration unit in Switzerland from Devoteam per 1st May 2021 Devoteam, headquartered in Paris, is a leader in digital transformation with 8000 consultants in EMEA, specializing in the main Cloud platforms (ServiceNow, AWS, Google, Microsoft, and Salesforce). “In that context, our Swiss Architecture unit was too small, and we were looking for a good solution for our Swiss employees. t2b with its core business on architecture & integration was a natural partner”, said Bert Schaap, senior VP of Devoteam. The Swiss Devoteam entity will continue to focus on the ServiceNow cloud platform. Patrick Toenz, t2b’s CEO said “I am excited for this opportunity to extend our team of senior architects with the new colleagues from Devoteam. We also hope that Devoteam’s Swiss customers will see the added value of t2b’s strong focus on enterprise, data, and integration architecture.” t2b has been serving Swiss multinational customers in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture & Governance, and Integration Architecture since 2001. Currently, the majority of its 25 senior architects are working on Information & Knowledge Management initiatives at t2b’s Pharma customers and on enabling the Swiss Government’s digital transformation with integration architecture & API platform design.

the WSO2 open source integration platform is in a big roll-out for many units within the Swiss Federal Government. We are most happy to support the FOITT/BIT and its customers with architecture & implementation support for  t2b is supporting this government platform since 2016 for 2 Federal departments, but now many others go for it !

over the last few months we had several new colleagues joining t2b that are supporting our biggest Pharma customer’s Innovation team with we see that as an extension of our long-standing data architecture group -> interested in data modelling and data science ? we are looking for new colleages in Switzerland  ask Patrick Toenz for details

we are most happy that a few data scientists and BI solution developers have joined our team in Portugal and Italy! For some of our projects this can be a very good option for skilled colleagues with family, who do not want to move permanently to Switzerland. Usually the project will demand not a lot of travel, but only 2-3 workshops in Switzerland or closeby France/Germany per year.
